Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning of your heart and lungs!

Canadian Forces personnel must be physically fit to meet operational requirements, to perform under a wide range of geographical and environmental conditions, to cope with the stresses of sustained operations and to be ready to respond on short notice.

The Canadian Forces, through PSP, strongly supports fitness through sport at the local, regional, and national and international competition.
